By subscribing to, accessing, or utilizing any services provided by GO GO IPTV, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our service.

2. Service Description & Delivery

GO GO IPTV provides access to proprietary middleware infrastructure delivering digital television streams, video on demand (VOD), electronic program guides (EPG), and associated metadata via standard streaming protocols (M3U playlists and Xtream Codes API).

• Automated Fulfillment: Upon successful checkout verification, your unique credentials are generated and transmitted automatically within 2 minutes.
• Compatibility: You are responsible for ensuring your hardware device (Smart TV, Firestick, Android box, Apple TV, PC) supports your chosen IPTV application (e.g., TiviMate, IPTV Smarters, IBO Player).

3. Account Connections & Fair Usage Policy

Each standard subscription is provisioned for one (1) active simultaneous stream unless you specifically purchased a multi-room or multi-connection upgrade.

• You may install and configure your credentials across all your household devices. However, only your purchased quota of simultaneous active playback streams may be active at any given second.
• Sharing or distributing your account credentials publicly or re-streaming feeds across secondary commercial platforms is strictly prohibited and results in immediate automated revocation without refund.

4. Payments & Prepaid Billing

All plans (1 Month, 3 Months, 6 Months, 12 Months) are strictly prepaid. When your subscription period concludes, service pauses automatically until you decide to manually renew. We offer an unconditional 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee as detailed in our Refund Policy.

5. Service Availability & Maintenance

GO GO IPTV strives to maintain a 99.98% uptime SLA across our distributed European and North American CDN cluster nodes. Periodic scheduled maintenance to update channel lineups, security protocols, or CDN nodes will be performed during off-peak hours with advance notice whenever feasible.

6. Limitation of Liability

GO GO IPTV is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. In no event shall GO GO IPTV or its infrastructure operators be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from local ISP bandwidth throttling, external third-party broadcast source interruptions, or client-side application crashes.
